This is an amazing story and I dearly love the Addamses taking over Hogwarts piece by piece. Keep up the excellent work!

I hope the Dursleys receive a proper punishment for the treatment of Harry Potter.

Here I am again reading this wonderful Crossover, for the third time. Truly, I have read hundreds of Harry Potter Crossovers; with Naruto, with Dragonball, with Buffy TVS, with Shaman King, with Ruro-ken, with Bleach, with Fullmetal Alchemist, with Angel...dozens of each...yet this one is still probably my single favorite one of all. So please, mylady Ishtar, could you not find the inspiration to write more? Is the Muse not to be found? Perhaps you should watch the movies again, or go over your story once more...because I truly am eagerly awaiting more of my number one Crossover Fic.

And to mr. Kinsfire; Please prod the wife to write more...

I just found your story and love the relationship between the Addams and Harry. I was snickering a lot when Dumbledore tries to outmaneuver the Addams. I'm looking forward to reading more.

Not a bad start to the story, I can't wait to see what happens next.

Hi,

Nice start.
And a sensible explanation about how Harry ended up in the cubboard.

I loved the Mr. and Mrs. Numbers, gives a nice view of the neighborhood.

Okay, I'm back and re-reading yet again! Trying to review some of the chapters I'd missed, before.

She caught her breath with the first cards revealed. The cards reflecting the present were dark. The Lightning Struck Tower. The Magus, reversed. The Five of Swords. The Ten of Swords.

I'm guessing the Lighting Struck Tower is the temporary vanquishing of Voldemort, right? The Magus Reversed... either Voldie in his new, disempowered state, or Harry who's got lots of magic potential but is still just a baby? Or all three children, who all have lots of magical potential, but are all, of course, just babies? Or, will Petunia eventually discover the magic within herself? Or.... ?

In the future, The Hierophant crossed The Emperor, covered by the Seven of Cups. The Two of Swords. Death. But the future was not entirely bleak. The Page of Cups was supported by the Ace of Wands, flanked by the Two of Cups and the Ten of Cups.

Well, you've told us that Dumbledore is the Hierophant. My first thought was that the Page of Cups represented Harry, the Ace of Wands, Wednesday and the Two and Ten of Cups were, of course, Pugsley and Hermione. But perhaps they aren't meant to be quite so concrete in their representation. (The Page of Swords sounds more like Harry, if I had to choose.)

When Petunia stepped out, the child looked up at her with clear green eyes, and held his hands up trustingly, obviously hoping to be picked up.

It says a lot for Harry's early upbringing that he's so trusting of a total stranger. (especially since he had a seriously traumatic experience only a few hours before this!)

Since I fell in love with your story, I've tried to catch any re-runs of the old "Addams Family" TV show that I can and I also rented all three "Addams Family" movies. In all cases, I've been slightly disappointed. You give the characters so much more depth that the TV show or the movies ever did!

(Hee-hee! I've had a thought: When the kids meet that Basilisk, in their second year, will they keep it as a lovely new pet?)

That was the most fascinating and irreverent rewrite of the first few pages of HP:PS that I have ever read :) I love the tone, how you manage to be so nice and cheery even as you distribute scathing insults on the Dursleys ;)

Makes me wonder why the lady in the beginning doesn't have electricity. If she's someone, that I think is. Then never mind. :) Too bad, the Dursleys won't get their just rewards for being such neglectful parents to Harry.

I'm quite liking this, and may try to do some research on Tarot cards to see if I can figure some of the plot. Any hints as to what sort of tarot cards they were?

I liked Petunia's reaction to Harry. You try almost to show her reasoning for putting Harry in the cupboard under the stairs, as abhorrent as that is you make her self justification believable. Or that its at least believable from her perspective.

I look forward to more.

I really like the way that Harry rips the letter up and you imagine the first time Harry is locked in the cupboard under the stairs. Poor boy. Excellent beginning.
