Heehee, love the ending, hmmm... looks like Dumbledore have been busy ever since he first lay his hands on that piece of paper. Poor Lucius, seems that he didn't do his homework properly, don't even know his own family history on his mother's side.
Only sad thing is that Harry and Hermione isn't together, since they are my favourite pairing, but then the 'fortune' falling upon the Malfoys and Parkinsons are more than enuff to make up for it.
Haha, looks like the Malfoys will die out at the hands of Lucius, good riddance, and from then on he will be known as Mr Trelawney. *Shudder* Wonders if that batty old codger had a hand in this one? One thing though, is Ms Trelawney still capable of child bearing?

Hilarious! So good to see Lucius hoist so spectuacuarly on his own petard.
I hope you write more, but I think this is complete as it is.

Now that was a lot of fun to read, and ahh how the mighty have fallen lol. The punch line of the older Malfoy ending up with Trelawny was a good one :)

This story reminds me strongly of a folklore saying we have in Bulgaria: If you dig a grave for somebody, you'll end up falling into it. Servers Lucky Lucy right to try and outsmart the Master Maniplator Himself, Albus Dumbledore. *snicker*
Brilliant story, there are not nearly enough of those out there. So when do we get an update on Junior Year Abroad? *cheeky grin*

HA! Oh, Dorothy. This is wonderful. Poor Lucky ... or does his nickname finally pan out?
What webs they weave ... only to be hoist by his own petard!
Loved it. Thanks for sharing this!

Ouch. Poor Pansy. Draco deserves it, but what did she ever do to anyone? In canon her only sins are laughing at Draco's jokes [understandable] and incurring the Wrath of Hermione [do we have to hate everyone then?] Inflicting Percy on her is just not cricket. Surely the Weasleys are too nice to allow that. Trelawney and Eloise though. Love it. You're a genius. KUTGW and is JYA updating soon? I see from list you're a Freer/Flint fan as well. Even better; PSII is out next year, with the Norse Gods thrown in.

Oh, how the mighty hath fallen! Talk about being hoist on your own petard! Seems that word of the upcoming bill had leaked (*cough* Dumbledore *cough*) to the prospective victims (Harry and Hermione in particular), and, with Narcissa's tragic death (at Death Eater hands, no less), not only are Draco and Pansy trapped into marriage (still, Pansy and *Percy Weasley*? EWWWWWWWW!), so is Lucius himself (to, of all people, Sybil Trelawney). Why *Hello, Mister Trelawney*!

Oh smeg, that was just beautiful. Revenge is a dish best served cold.
I'm curious if Tieresias Trelawney 'saw' and then warned folks of what was coming? Or did the Wizengamot have to publish the bills that are being debated? Either way, a beautiful bit of writing. If there is more to come, please come with it soon.

Hoisted on their own petards, indeed, and you even managed to avoid the curse of OBHWF; Neville and Susan are both sketchy enough in canon that it's possible to envision them as fleshing out into worthy lifemates for Harry and Hermione, unlike their redheaded friends. Good work!

*snicker* A delightful example of "The Law of Unintended Consequences". Probably the most universal law there is. ;D
