Interesting turn! I really like Remus showing up, though I'm a bit sad that he fell for Dumbledore's machinations. The sly old fox is just a bit too clever, and luckily Remus figured that part out. I do hope he'll make amends with the Addamses and that he'll be a wonderful tutor, and come to stay for a longer while. Maybe the Addamses even has an old artifact that works to control werewolves? That would be neat. And I guess he's quite able to see that Harry is both healthy and in good spirit and is doing well. This really is one of the coolest alernative childhoods for Harry I've read about.

I am really enjoying this fic. It is so unique, I don't think I've ever read anything like this before. I'm just wondering if this counts as 'strike three' for Dumbledore. I don't really understand why he is so adamant on getting Harry back to England either. It's obsessive at this point. Maybe you can do a segment on that?

I am really enjoying this. You have struck an interesting balance between the TV series and the movies. While I enjoyed the movies I have always preferred the TV series. I am truly looking forward to when they get to England. I hope we get to see Gomez meeting Fudge or Lucius.

i cant wait for the next chapter, i already went out and rented all the adams family movies to see if i might be able to find a nifty detail to help you or maby so i can see a nifty detail you put in that most overlook.

can the kids play "wake the dead" i remember that from one movie, where they walk around the graveyard trying to wake up their relatives

Hmm, if this is Strike Three, will Remus get in on the fun? After all it's not nice to set up a Marauder. Note to Dumbledore, do not taunt the Happy Fun Werewolf. *evil grin*

What's worse, Lupin's stories of Harry's parents are almost certain to mention them. Heck I can see them getting Remus to induct them as Marauders prior to going to Hogwarts. Though they'd have to prove themselves somehow first.

I think they've already proved themselves, having built a successful trap (that was mostly Pugsley's work, although I didn't specifically mention it) and then luring Remus into it (Harry and Wednesday).   The Tribe of the Snake is already well on its way to becoming the replacements for the Marauders (although Harry may well try to pick a new name - Wild Moose is fine for a six-year-old, but by school he will have outgrown it).

Poor Albus, baffled and bested at every turn so far. You might need to tone that down or the man won't be any use at all as an ally for Harry.

Hmm, I wonder just what it would take to incline Albus to a 180 degree shift w.r.t. the Addams family. Save Harry from an attack by DE's? Save Albus from same? Publicly humiliate Malfoy?

I think Albus is about to get STRIKE 3!! not only will he lose one of the people het could use later, but once again his plans are turned against him!
WONDERFUL chapter. I only hope you somehow manage to get sirius out of azkaban earlier and get him to meet Harry.

Poor Dumbledore, he just can't win. I like the way you wrote Lupin here. It fits his character as far as Rowling has written it, and gives Harry a connection to his past. Keep up the good work.

Puir puir Albus. the nasty Addamses will indeed steal his werewolf. And Remus will be very angry, assuming he returns to Britain before late august 1991.

Too bad Dumbledore won't send Snape ahead of time, just to get rid of him the graveyard.
