Ah......it's good to see the mater manipulator getting some of his own well deserved treatment! Moticia, Gomez, and Remus orchestrated things beautifully! I wonder if Prof. McGonagall will begin realizing what Dumbledore's been up to with Harry? I'm glad that Remus settled in so well, and will be able to go to the Reserve during the full moon. I can't wait to see Dumbledore's reaction when he discovers that Remus isn't going to play lapdog for him! Hmmmmmm....they got rid of Binns.......I hope they can ditch Trelawney and Snape as well! If Snape tries any of his tricks he might find himself facing Gomez at dawn......chuckle. Thanks for another wonderful chapter!

Good work. I wish you had had the time to explore some of the interactions with the students at the Salem Witches’ Institute, because that had humor potential as well as having them at Hogwarts.

Still, I can't fault you for wanting to get to the Malfoy-Dumbledore-Addams PTA interactions. I would like to see that. Malfoy's reactions to American anti-bullying polices should be fun.

Finally, while I'm glad about the speed this is advancing, I must admitt I'd trade several updates on this story for one on Fidelius. Harry with a loving, if odd, homelife and in Hufflepuff is an interesting concept, not one explored enough. Of course, this story does have the homelife aspect.

Good work.

The Addams really make a number with Dumbledore!! Teacher-Parent association indeed! I can see Morticia organising groups of parents (specially muggles) to visit the school and making "sugestions".

The idea of the werewolf reserve was amazing,I hope others writers use it to,is really a humanitarian way to deal with the persons with the afliction. I hope the Addams implement it in Europe, as a side enterprise of course.

glad to see Binns go (maybe he can stay as a "specialist in goblins wars"?) can't wait to see what will Remus teach in his class.

What was Gomez doing in England with the goblins? I can imagine some kind of business that will make the pure-bloods and others biggots in the ministry to have a stroke, it will be amazing to see him storming the wizard world with his crazy ideas(backed up with millions of galeons of course).

Wonderful chapter! Loved Morticia's demands, I cannot wait to see how Molly Weasley become involved in the PTA (I can just picturing her and Dumbledore getting into it over Hagrid's lessons).

I wonder- Is the Adams family moving into the Riddle house?

Thanks for the great chapter!

My thanks. This is quite good. I do look forward to reading more, whenever you happen to write it.

Great jump forward! The Werewolf Reserve sounds just wonderful, how perfect! Wish they had something like it in England. Or Europe at all. Just those few words, describing how Remus now managed to live with his illness, brought me great joy. Yes! Finally a fic that made him live well in acceptance of his lycanthropy.

And now the three are going to Hogwarts - with Remus as History teacher. I SO look forward to reading whatever happens there. Will Harry still team up with Ron and Hermione? Or will Wednesday and Pugsley be his closest mates? I hope for the first, as it never hurts to have more than a few good friends.

Excellent questions Morticia asked Dumbledore. Ive also wondered where the PTA or similar is. And what about excursions? Foreign languages? Hmmm, they might just take a year at Beauxbatons and Durmstrang just to round off their education, maybe?

Thanks for sharing, I so love this fic!

Cheers!

Bloody hell, Albus is about to get a hard education. I look forward to the encounters with Severus, if he displays the attitude with Harry that he did in the books, the Addams will be serving him for dinner. Great chapter, thank you.

How much will Ginny cry when she finds out Harry is taken?

Ishtar replied:

Ginny is a little girl with a crush.   There are lots of others just like her.   They will all have to get over it.

Oh boy you aren't going their are you? Let me guess, their new house goes by the name of riddle house? He he he wait until Voldie finds out about that.

Hilary McKenna posted a comment on Sunday 19th November 2006 3:07am

Why do I get the sinking feeling that the Addams family has just rented Riddle House for the duration of the children's Hogwarts stay? Just how will Voldie and Wormtail react to Lurch and Thing when they try to come home again during the summer after Harry's third year? I'm thoroughly enjoying this story. Please, please write more soon.

Can't wait to see the Snape vs. Addams. Love the story.

Yippee! I'm really enjoying your story, Dorothy. Keep on NaNo-ing, and party on!

Regress posted a comment on Sunday 19th November 2006 2:58am

Hmm.... Oh your kidding me! They aren't moving into Riddle Manor are they?! *chuckle* Somehow that would fit in with the Addams perfectly, I wonder how the ghost of Voldemort would appreciate his nemesis living in his old estate. Not to mention that now the 'bone of the father' will be a tad harder for him to make off with. The Addams strike me as exactly the kind of people who would notice if a specific grave was disturbed on their property, and I imagine they'd be most displeased by it.

Great work as usual, keep it up!

Oh common, I was looking forward to the hurting of the Kumquats, lol. Good work so far, and looking forward to the rest of the story. Do they happen to have bought the old Riddle Estate? HMm,interesting idea.

I enjoyed the way you wrote how the Addams are the way they are. The updates are fairly quick and I look foward to reading much more of the story.

Ooh, goodie! They're off to school next! You're doing a marvelous job of blending the two stories in a plausible manner--keep it up!

OH!!! I so loved this chapter. I laughed my head off at the Headmaster's idea that he would be able to gain any sort of control over the children via Remus. Remus has definately placed his loyalty firmly on Harry's side!!! I giggle with glee for the next chapter.

I would think that all three of the children would be sorted into Slytherin, after all they have been raised to be cunning and ambitious, for the Family, and they have a healthy, well balanced view of so called Dark magic.
