Just had a quick reread, and also browsed the reviews. I noticed a couple things

1) You're being buried in reviews. I hope that isn't becoming a burden -- to your NaNo goal I mean.

2) No one else seems to have noticed that you described Harry as (emphasis mine) "TALL and slim". Not going to be a shortie this time... :-)

blessings,
...art

*dances in the rain of reviews* love it love it love it!   It doesn't seem to be hurting my NaNo progress; I'm still well ahead of schedule and should hit 50,000 in only two or three more chapters.

Harry is, indeed, not a pipsqueak.   There's no cupboard and inadequate nutrition to stunt his growth.   He does, unfortunately, still have to wear glasses.

This. Is. AMAZING!! I finally decided to read this fic b/c I'm home sick (pink eye) and I'm SO glad I did- I especially like the addition of Remus. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Nice to see Remus in such a better state of affairs. Will the Reservation portkey work internationally? Nice to see Manipulative!Dumbledore manipulated by a pro. You've captured the Addams Family perfectly. Keep up the great work.

LOL. Did the Addams just buy the Riddle manor?

Great chapter, I can't wait to read more, and find out waht Gomez was doing with the Goblins.

Loving it - particularly amused at having them rent the old Riddle house! - classic.

Petunia should have expected to be shocked with the Addams. Wonder if Petunia would be getting her just desserts soon? I'm a bit amused that Gomez have the guardianship papers and the betrothal on hand. Will this mean that the Addams could bribe Petunia with a wardrobe full of a lot clothes that flatter her? It's a down right shame, that the lesson that Morticia was trying to impress on her doesn't stick.

In the words of Ron, "Bloody brilliant!"

Really looking forward to the next few chapters.

The Werewolf Reserve is a wonderful idea, too. Will Remus be portkeying back to it during the school year?

Thank you for writing this.

Does this mean that Vernon's going to be very happy, when Petunia returns from dumping Harry? I'm honestly surprised that Petunia is related to the Addams family. I would never have pegged her for that.

Makes me wonder why the lady in the beginning doesn't have electricity. If she's someone, that I think is. Then never mind. :) Too bad, the Dursleys won't get their just rewards for being such neglectful parents to Harry.

This is becoming one of my favorite stories to follow. One thing I have to wonder... this estate wouldn't happen to be the old Riddle property in Little Hangleton, would it? }:-)

Again with the brilliant chapter! Oh wow, great setup for future events, especially if the house the addamses purchased is the one i think it is. Ahh the addams family in riddle manor, delightful!
Keep up the great work.

Why do I have the nasty feeling that they will be moving into the Riddle House?

Love the story.

By the way, I thought the following was a delightful little piece of dialog:

"What? Dr … who? Reserve? I’m sorry, I’m totally lost," said Remus.

"No, no. Different doctor," said Gomez.

My compliments. ;)

I'm very sorry, ishtar, I thought I had logged on when I left my review. My email address is celestialchild15@yahoo.com

I hope that my email address shows up, I know that some sites won't show them.

Thank you,
The Editor.

PS: Nice response time.

Ishtar replied:

If you're logged in, you don't have to ask for an email response.   You'll get it automatically.   As it was, it showed up (some time later) on my yahoo account, and that did have your email, for some reason.   So I copied the response to that one.

We good now?

This was one recommendation that Dumbledore didn’t mind going along with. <snip> He was sure he could depend on Remus to keep an eye on the children and provide him inside information — he had admitted Remus to school and bent the rules — and the law — to ensure that the boy could stay in school. Remus owed him, and he would make sure Remus wouldn’t forget it.

Hmm, Dumble's bending the law to get Remus educated, then dumping him till he could be used by the Headmaster again, vs. the Adamms, who his feelings aside have seemed to promoted him to at least 'honorary uncle', and funded efforts that have bettered his everyday life. Something tells me that if Albus tries to call in that marker he will find the Addams's have already put in a much more generous bid for one werewolf with 'slight' Maraurdering tendacies.

Other thoughts, why was Remus so surprise at the Wendnesday? I figure with HP blood obsession marrying distant cousins would not be that unusual, or was it the early age, that Harry was engaged by his Guardian to his daughter, or that the behtored were living in the same household from nearly birth?

That reminds me, for 200(and whatever) things I am no longer to do at Hogwarts, "I will not send pureblood obsessed students Howlers at breakfast in the Great Hall that are charmed to sing the song 'We is Inbred'."
